Terms and Conditions

Response Time: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours from Monday to Thursday, and within 48-72 hours from Friday to Sunday.

Event Date Reservation: Event dates are held for 48 hours following our team's response. Event dates are reserved once payment has been received.

Rescheduling Events: We understand plans can change. If you need to reschedule your event, please notify us immediately. We'll do our best to accommodate a new date!

Events rescheduled more than two weeks before the original date will receive full credit towards the new event.
Events rescheduled less than two weeks before the original date will incur a 20% rescheduling fee. All rescheduled events are subject to availability.

Cancellations:

To cancel, please inform us at least two weeks before your scheduled event.
Cancellations made more than two weeks before the event date will be refunded, minus a 20% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations within two weeks of the event date.
