Response Time: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours from Monday to Thursday, and within 48-72 hours from Friday to Sunday.

Event Date Reservation: Event dates are held for 48 hours following our team's response. Event dates are reserved once payment has been received.

Rescheduling Events: We understand plans can change. If you need to reschedule your event, please notify us immediately. We'll do our best to accommodate a new date!

• Events rescheduled more than two weeks before the original date will receive full credit towards the new event.
• Events rescheduled less than two weeks before the original date will incur a 20% rescheduling fee. All rescheduled events are subject to availability.

Cancellations:

• To cancel, please inform us at least two weeks before your scheduled event.
• Cancellations made more than two weeks before the event date will be refunded, minus a 20% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within two weeks of the event date.
